The Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation, Brazil (NIDOSA Brazil) has announced the commencement of a comprehensive Portuguese Language Course aimed at equipping Nigerians and other interested participants with language proficiency and practical skills for academic, professional and cultural advancement.
In a statement released by the organisation’s Secretariat, NIDOSA Brazil said the initiative forms part of its commitment to training, capacity building and continuous learning, providing participants with the tools needed to thrive in an increasingly interconnected global environment.
According to the organisation, the programme is designed for individuals seeking to improve their career prospects, prepare for educational or professional opportunities in Brazil, or deepen their understanding of the Portuguese language and Brazilian culture.
The statement noted that the course places emphasis on skills development, teamwork, innovation, quality service delivery and a results-oriented approach, while offering participants access to experienced instructors and an engaging learning curriculum.
NIDOSA Brazil stated, “Whether you’re looking to advance your career, prepare for life in Brazil, or explore a vibrant new culture, our Portuguese Language Course is designed to help you succeed.”
The organisation added that participants will benefit from expert instruction, structured learning materials and opportunities to develop language skills that could open doors to international education, employment and business engagements.
Highlighting the objectives of the programme, the Secretariat encouraged interested applicants to take advantage of the initiative, stating, “Start your Portuguese learning journey today and unlock new opportunities for personal, academic, and professional growth.”
The organisation further disclosed that registration has commenced and noted that available spaces are limited, urging prospective participants to complete their applications promptly.
Officials explained that the programme aligns with NIDOSA Brazil’s broader vision of empowering Nigerians in the diaspora and strengthening educational and cultural exchange between Nigeria and Brazil through capacity development initiatives.
The Portuguese language, one of the world’s most widely spoken languages, is the official language of Brazil and several countries across Africa and Europe. Proficiency in the language is increasingly regarded as an advantage for individuals pursuing careers in diplomacy, international business, education, tourism and global development.
NIDOSA Brazil reaffirmed its commitment to promoting educational excellence and international collaboration through programmes that enhance the knowledge, skills and global competitiveness of participants.
