The Chinese ship Yi Peng has emerged as the prime suspect in the sabotage of two critical undersea telecom cables—one between Finland and Germany, the other between Sweden and Lithuania.
Tracking shows the Yi Peng crossing directly over the cables when they were severed—Sunday at 8 am GMT and again Monday at 2 am GMT.
