30,000 new drones for Ukraine

30,000 drones will be sent to Ukraine as part of a drone development coalition led by the UK and Latvia.

The announcement was made by UK Defense Secretary John Healey at a meeting in Ramstein, where representatives of more than 50 countries gathered.

The drones, funded by an international foundation, will help Ukraine fight Russian aggression by enhancing its ability to bypass air defenses and hit armored vehicles.

As part of the project, participating countries have also increased their contributions to the fund, providing the necessary equipment to protect Ukraine and European security.
Norway has allocated $61m for the project .
